CANCELLATION PENALTIES

Cancellation of a Tour:

(a) Cancellation received 60 days or more before departure of first product or service in relevant booking: Lifetime Deposit will be held by the Tour Operator in accordance with these Terms, the remainder of the payments made to the Tour Operator in respect of the cancelled product will be refunded.

(b) Cancellation received 30-59 days before departure of first product or service in relevant booking: Lifetime Deposit will be held by the Tour Operator in accordance with these Terms, an amount equal to 50% of the remainder of the payments made to the Tour Operator in respect of the cancelled Tour will be refunded.

(c) Cancellation less than 30 days before departure of first product or service in relevant booking: Lifetime Deposit will be held by the Tour Operator in accordance with these Terms, and no further refund will be payable.

G Adventures Full Terms and Conditions

TRAVEL AND MEDICAL PROTECTION REQUIRED

Travel medical insurance is mandatory. The minimum insurance policy coverage for medical emergency evacuation and repatriation is USD$200,000 (or equivalent in other currency).

I offer travel protection coverage that meets this minimum amount with optional cancellation coverage. 

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate coverage amount if using your own policy or a credit card benefit. 

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

Deposit is $350 per person, per tour paid at the time of booking.

The Deposit is nonrefundable, but will be converted to a lifetime deposit to use in the future should you cancel your booking(s).
